I love negative rants, but just so you know; I found this one and the subsiquent comment dreadfully depressing. Doesn't that old man in the locker room have as much a right to relax in his body as you do? If he is still happy enough with life to go to the gym he does give a fuck and is most likely wishing you well as a young man. And what do you send back to him in return? Disappear old man. If you think his body is too disgusting to bear than perhaps you need to isolate yourself until you can see an old body with new eyes. You can choose.
